Carol moved to NC in September 2005 just days before Hurricane Ophelia hit the Crystal Coast. While see had spent quite a few years on the water, she had never worked within the Marine Towing and Salvage business. As it was only her third day on the job, It was "trail by fire."

Carol's roots started in NC as she was born in Ahoskie, NC but was raised in Virginia Beach, VA. She has always been a big fan of the beach and especially the NC beaches. She and her family still spend their annual vacations in Corolla, NC. But Carol knew she had found a home when she first visited Beaufort, NC and the beautiful waters of the Crystal Coast.

Carol has been with TowBoatUS Beaufort since September of 2005 and is the "voice of the Crystal Coast airways" on VHF Channel 16. If you need assistance on the water and have a VHF radio - you WILL be heard.
